Success Triad — The Success Triad layer of the BEF encompasses Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Fulfilment as four interdependent commercial levers. It focuses on building repeatable commercial infrastructure: clear strategic direction, systematic lead generation, a sales process that converts, and fulfilment that delivers reliably and generates referrals.

The Success Triad is the third layer — Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Fulfilment working as an integrated system. All four are required, and none functions properly without the others. Marketing that generates leads into a broken sales process wastes budget. Sales that converts but delivers poor fulfilment generates churn that makes growth impossible. Fulfilment without a clear strategy behind it is just capacity being consumed without direction.
