What's really choking your growth?

Every business has one binding bottleneck at any moment — and effort spent anywhere else is largely wasted. The Bottleneck Finder ranks three candidates from the Engine that powers every business: People (team, hiring, delegation, accountability), Systems (processes, technology, documentation), and Money (pricing, margin, cash, financial clarity). Fixing the wrong one feels productive and changes nothing.

How to read the result

Your top-ranked bottleneck is where the next 90 days of effort should go. A People bottleneck shows up as the founder being the only one who can do the important work. A Systems bottleneck shows up as everything depending on memory and heroics. A Money bottleneck shows up as revenue growing while profit and cash don't.

What to do next

Work the binding bottleneck until it's no longer binding, then re-run the diagnostic — the bottleneck moves as you grow. People, Systems, and Money map directly to the Foundation and Supporting Systems layers of the Business Evolution Framework, which is why fixing the real bottleneck unlocks the layers above it.
